I am amazed at the lengths that some people will go to to get what they want. I bought an item using the "buy it now" feature this past weekend. Yes, it was a fabulous price. The seller and I exchanged emails and everything was set. Then I get this email through ebay's email system saying to hold off sending payment because she was going to be out of town. I email back and say no problem. Then I wondered why on earth would the seller email me through the ebay system when we have been communicating through regular emails. I copied and pasted the name from the email into the buyer search on ebay and it was a newly created account. They had changed the "I" in her name to a number "1". I emailed the seller and yep...it wasn't her. This person had emailed and offered her more money and she told them no so they are interferring with her auctions. I can't believe some people would sink down to that level just to get something.
