Hi,

I would appreciate some input on how to sell a digital camera. I normally sell low end merchandise so if anything happens, it's no skin off my back. The camera is in a factory sealed box and it should go for 550-650. If I were to open the box to verify that the contents are A-OK should I expect a lower amount than if I keep the seal intact? My concern is someone switching the camera. I've been looking though the online payment sites and most have a limit on how much you can accept per transaction. Is is possible to pay for one auction over a period of time for sites such C2it or Ebillpoints E-check. Thanks for your help!

This is not a Barbie doll ... open the box, take the camera out and make sure it works by charging the battery and taking some pictures.

Note the serial number of the camera, and on the charger and battery if any, to prevent a swap. Take pictures of camera and accessories, then repack them.
