Hello, and glad to be back. My question is: does anyone know which country is 2nd to the USA in ebay bidders, not counting Canada? Like many ebay sellers, my items have seen a decline in final bid prices, and I'm thinking of having my auctions end at a more favorable time for international bidders.
What's my best bet, aside from timing my auctions to coincide with Canada (which is
basically what I'm doing right now anyway by running auctions with USA time zones in mind).

Tops for me (besides Canada) is the UK, followed by Japan. It's impossible to have auctions end during "peak time" for both of those countries, so I still end my auctions during peak USA/Canadian time since that's where the bulk of my bids come from. If the overseas buyers want it badly enough, they will get a bid in... and they are quite welcome to do so, as they sometimes run the prices up on common collectibles that are hard to sell at all in the US market.

UK , Austrailia , France , Japan -- France mostly "cool" retro stuff , Japan - same thing , Uk & Austrailia - good English china & dog & equestian items -- that's my experience.

UK is definitely #2 behind Canada for me - have had a few other European countries - Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, and Australia. Haven't had any from Asia in quite awhile, come to think of it.

I sell equestrian equipment, behind Canada in sales is Australia, with Spain behind that and Ireland (not N. Ireland)behind Spain.
I've sold to 33 countries now, Pakistan, Africa, Hawaii (whoops - that's ours) South Korea, Mexico, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Spain, gotta update my map I'm putting pins in!
I'm gonna start a thread on which state (USA) do you sell mostly to.......... who wants to play?

A lot of my stuff goes to Asia. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, in about that order of frequency.
Quite a bit goes to Europe too. Switzerland, France, The Netherlands, UK, and to a lesser extent, Sweden, Germany, Italy and other European countries.
I've sent a couple of items to Israel, but that's it for the Middle East. The Middle East seems almost an untapped market, for me at least. Same for African countries. Never shipped to that continent.
I've shipped a handful of items to Brazil and Argentina. Just made my first sale to Indonesia too.
