I have two LPs in very good condition: The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Part I & The Hitchhikers Guide Part II...how would I determine the value on something like this? Is eBay the best place to sell something like this?

Thanks for any information or ideas.

I sell D.A. all the time on Ebay, sadly he rarely (if ever) brings much money. If you find a good place for it, please let me know. (I still have a bunch)

I would have thought that with his recent death, the value of any of the products from his books would go up..

I have a Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy INFOCOM computer game for the old Atari XL and I have the paperback somewhere around here. That was a fun game.

In fact I have dozens of INFOCOM games for the Atari. Think I'll go do a search on them.

"how would I determine the value on something like this?"

Put it on ebay starting at $1 and see what the value (highest bid) is.

For those of you that would want to pay respect to a comic genius visit here:

For those that would want to profit from tragedy ie. the Dale Earnhardt crowd, may every penny you make be spent on medical bills!.
JMHO!

Well, I found two audio books of Adams' at a high school fund raiser this weekend, and I'm sorry, but I doubt I'll sit on them for a year just to be politically correct.

Coincidentally, I had some Peanuts stuff on auction when Schultz died, and heavens! I didn't end the auctions early.

You're born, you dance a few decades, you die; bfd if someone makes a couple of bucks off of it.

I was saddened to hear about his death. It remeinded me that I had copies of the original BBC broadcast of the Hitchiker's series. Got them out and have been listening to them, what a hoot. The guy was no doubt quirky, but funny as all get out.

Too bad his daughter won't get to know him.
