Hi,
I had an auction close 5/29. I emailed the winner promptly (with 2 hours). 3 times today I received an email requesting my address. I answered each email. This time she emailed my using ebays mail system.
It appears she is not getting my email although they are not bouning back.
What do I do?
I thought about pulling the contact info, but I can not find it. Can someone tell me where it is or post a link to it?

Just click on their eBay ID and you'll get a form for sending them a message. It won't reference a particular auction, so you need to make sure you provide all pertinent information.

Im not saying that this is happening in THIS instance but, I had a similar experience once. I answered all emails and kept getting the requests for contact. I sent through ebay and IE.
I sent another through IE with return receipt requested... guess what... they GOT that one all of a sudden! Made me think that maybe they were getting them all along?

This happens from time to time w/various ISPs (my worst case is AOL). I keep a freebie second ISP account just for this reason..when the email isn't getting through on my main account, I use the secondary account.
If you don't have access to a freebie account, try getting a friend on a different ISP to forward the email for you. I used this a couple of times before I got the freebie account.

I had this happen once -- a buyer was getting a lot of credit card offers in his email so he set his filters to delete all email with "credit card" in them.
Of course my EOA mail gave one of the payment options as credit card !!
Gotta use common sense when setting filters. Best filter is your brain and the delete key.
