Can do smart search on word, but then cannot bring up any item listed.

As of Thursday evening, we have made significant progress in resolving the issues users were experiencing when attempting to load an image using eBay Picture Services.
Yup, they sure did, they crashed the whole system!
Just think how bad it would be if we paid any less for their 'service'..........

I don't see what the complaint is about? You paid, got no service, and it's the weekend. We all know ebay goes down every weekend... so just pay them now and forget it...
