Does anyone know if there is a site that explains what to look for in Strawberry Shortcake Dolls, Barbies, My Little Ponies, etc as far as value? Or do I just have to buy a book? And does anyone know what a good book to buy would be?

Hi,
I'm by no means an expert, but I do know that for the Strawberry Shortcake dolls you need to look for the ones that were made by Kenner in the late 70's early 80's and avoid the reproductions that came out in the 90's. I've done well selling the hard plastic miniatures on Ebay as well as the approx. 5 inch dolls that come with pets. They will be marked Kenner and most of them have a year. The reproductions were not made by Kenner and are not marked. This is the extent of my SS knowledge.

OOPS, I forgot to give you the website. It's
www.strawberryland.cc

There is a lot of info there but the pink on red writing is hard to read.
