I think on July 15 we all should do no business on eBay.

We will post no auctions, bid on no items. Why? This is to make eBay realize they cannot keep alienating us - the individual sellers who make up most of their business, who made their business.

July 15: B3 Day
No Biz, No Bids, No Bull

(Put above in your auctions!)

" No bids no buys no bull"

ANd just what this have to do with listing and selling I would say incourageing buyer not to buy from you hurts you not ebay.

seller list to sell some do buy and bid but mostly its about selling.

Buyer bid & Buy yeah they even now and then toss some bull but seller list.

July 15 sellers with no bids and no buys will have no lunch money on the 16th.

I already boycott ebay several months out of the year. It's an annual tradition for me. But most people don't feel very passionate about whatever ails at ebay, and anyone that does probably already sells at least partially on other sites.

Instead of boycott ebay day, try a positive slogan such as buy on Yahoo day.

That seems to be why things like this never work...sellers won't group together. Was a nice thought, tho.

Dman3, I actually had changed the slogan to "No Biz, No Bids, No Bull" in my post, i.e. don't post auctions, don't have auctions end on that day and don't bid.

It's a seller initiative. July 15 is just an arbitrary day. Encouraging sellers or buyers to use, Yahoo, for example isn't going to send a message to eBay.

It is something that we should all do. It is something the press would pick up on as well.
