Ticked that I got a neg from a man who lied on my feedback. He never sent my item and only sent it when I inquired a month later. This is abuse plain and simple. After 3plus years selling here I always know to send a copy of the email and my address. He lied and said I did not know what I was doing. This is a 5.00 item.
Although I already know the answers just wondering if ANYONE is successful in getting EBay to do the right thing.
