HI - I'm having a rash of emails I sent to buyers bounce back as undeliverable. I try to send via Ebay and they still come back. This is probably one of my top 5 annoyances since it leaves the transaction in limbo unless or until the buyer emails me.

Do you let it ride the normal length of time you wait on any auction communication, be that 3 days, 7 or 10? Or do you pretty quickly cancel the transaction and re-list?

This happened when I tried to email a buyer on Marketplace, too. What is up with all the wrong email addresses?

Pull their contact information and give them a call this normally straightens out the problem.

If the number in not valid turn over to Ebay for invalid Email and contact infoe.

I agree - pull contact info, and contact [email protected] if that doesn't work - especially if they are continuing to bid on other auctions.

I've had two deadbeats like that, and one who couldn't get the email, but sent the payment by mail without contacting me otherwise.

If you're not in a rush to sell the item, just set is aside for 10 days and ride it out.
