Currently, I get about 200 email that come into my Outlook 2000 inbox. And then I go ahead and drag and drop them in 5 different folders for various employees. And then I right click, highlight the emails on each one of their boxes and forward them the email. Currently, the reason we do this is because we’re not sure when all these emails come in, who’s working on what project. What I’m wondering is, is if there’s a way when I drag and drop the email into their folder, if somehow, it would just automatically be forwarded to their Inbox at their PC workstation. Because often, I forget to manually forward their email, and we don’t have the customers’ being taken care of in a timely fashion. I’d appreciate it if you could come up with any ideas, or maybe another email software program, that would automatically forward any emails that are dragged and dropped into a particular folder. Appreciate any help you can give us in that area.
