I had someone pay for an auction today, after 3 notices, it closed 5/23. The payment came Paypal, unconfirmed address. I had to accept or deny the payment. I accepted the payment, but then saw the name was an Asian name, the address was to the U.S., but said Singapore in the title. It was being shipped to a name other than the Paypal name, and the person who sigend the email was a different name then the first two. I wrote to them and asked them if they could explain all the names, and told them about the confirmed address issue and sellers protection through Paypal. Do you think I am paranoid? Or am I right in wanting to know before I ship? First time I have ran across this. Thanks!

I think you are being very reasonable in your request for an explanation about the different addresses, ESPECIALLY since they are not Verified AND more importantly, because they are outside of the USA.
Remember, if you don't feel comfortable with this situation or if you get a reply that doesn't sound like it's legitimate, rather than put yourself at risk for some form of fraud scam, you could always decide to PAYPAL the funds BACK to the account that sent you this particular payment.
