Here's an interesting story:
Last week, a customer won a $2 item from me. He pays immediately by Paypal and leaves me feedback very shortly after that. Of course, I haven't sent the item yet, which raises flag #1. He e-mails me and emphasizes that he really would like me to leave positive feedback because he needs to get to 10. Flag #2. I look at his feedback history, and all his feedback is related to items less than $3. Flag #3, so I put him on my watch list. Sure enough, two days later he has ten items listed: all camcorders, digital cameras, etc. Two days after that, he's NARU.
