Hello, fellow auctioneers. Does anyone happen to be currently experiencing problems accepting Paypal international payments even though their preferences ARE set to receive foreign payments? In the past couple days, I've had several international customers angry with me because they couldn't pay me via Paypal (as I said they could in my auctions and in my end of auction emails).
I've emailed Paypal, but have heard nothing. I've also re-checked my preferences and they are indeed still set for international payments. I'd been receiving int'l Paypal payments with no trouble whatsoever as recently as last week, but now I don't know what to make of it.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially if other sellers are suddenly experiencing the same glitch.
