Well now thank you mtnmama!! And you know what.......I e-mailed him and he answered really fasssst!! Thanks! Have you ever had a PP payment to you go to the wrong person and be claimed by someone you never heard of?? ...I'm waiting to find out how my customer can get to cancel it!!

Secondmouse, glad you found him. No never had that problem, but if the person already claimed it, he's one dishonest person! I don't think your customer can cancel once it's claimed though  You'll just have to take their word for it and send the item I guess. Of course, you'll be taking a loss, but it's better than calling your customer a LOSER or a liar. 
Did Damon say what could be done? He's pretty prompt and I knew you'd get an answer right away! He's a good guy!

Hi Mtnmama!!! Damon said there was no transaction between thier acct and mine. That the sender of the payment would have to contact whoever they sent it to and claimed it to to have them return it!! I would love to be able to just send them the item but can't since it was almost $200!! I sent the customer damon's e-mail, so they don't think I have their money!! The name they said that claimed it is waaaaaayyyy different from mine!!

Yep, they messed up and the person they sent it to claimed it. It's their "go" then. If they can't get it back, they'll have to send you your money.

Hope they can get it back mtnmama, mostly I'm just concerned about and trying to help out my buyer!! I don't post to the boards much but you guys and Damon have all been a great help! Hope this all works out ok!
