I just had a auction end for a DVD and the bidder sent me an e-mail saying they didn't want it because it starred the wrong person, sorry for the inconvience. This is the fourth time in a row this has happened on the same DVD! What gets me is that I listed the people who star in this in the first line of my discription and also in the title of the auction. Am I allowed to charge a fee if the person don't want the item after bidding it in? The other partys did send the money for the fees. But this person wants me to just forget they bid on it,yet when I file for my fees to be refunded guess what they'll do next. Why can't people read the auction? I'll now retract my claws and go back to work.

I would at least ask for the auction fees from them. That is the least they can do.
