This AM I can't log into Auctiva's web page and the pics they host for me are broken

Its down for me.

My eBud program is screwed up so I was checking for the lastest up-dates and can't get in.

I don't use Auctiva to host (they are down too often), but they do host my gallery which has been down all day.

Been down for about 4-5 hours for me, the one day I decide to check up on my gallery. *sigh*

They really need to get it together. Those of us that had the program before the takeover will sure be thinking hard about renewing next year at big yearly fees with this kind of service

Oh, brother. Even though the site is up, eBud is still "unable to validate" my account. God, this is tiresome.

Does anybody know how to cancel an Auctiva showcase account (the freeby one)??? I've just spent a bit of time on their web site and can't find the answer anywhere...
