...on THIS seller, anyway.

We stopped using Billpoint in our auctions months ago. So imagine my surprise this morning when I relist dozens of items and have each one come up as a Billpoint auction.

That's sneaky, eBay.

I had procrastinated on closing the Billpoint account but now looks like the time.

If you're wondering why we don't use Billpoint anymore, one word: chargebacks. When the first one came in, I wrote to Billpoint Customer Service (yuk-yuk, there's a joke) and told them if they allowed the chargeback to happen, they would lose our business forever. And so they have.

There has been NO decrease in sales from our decision not to use Billpoint (or PayPal for that matter). And I am so happy not to have the antsy-pantsy gotta-have-it-NOWers as customers.
