Only new thing I see is a couple of well placed links and seller vs buyer feedback.

Yawn ...

I just noticed this link in someone's feedback history I was checking out.

I don't think those changes are too bad.

However, I did read a while back though, that ebay was going to change the feedback forum - and you will eventually be able to write (or receive) a follow-up response to a feedback left without the other party responding first. I personally don't think that is such a good idea.

I like the breakup of feedback as a buyer and feedback as a seller. I'll examine that when I look at the feedback.

Did anyone notice that the little example they gave of a feedback profile has 3 comments obviously left for a seller, while the letters in the right column signify Seller, Buyer, seller?
The "buyer" comment is meant for a seller.

Ebay, as usual, paying great attention to detail.

David: No, I didn't notice that error! But, I did notice that the user's ID is superiman at the top of the page, and supriman in the middle of the page.

I wonder if he's a "winner bidder"? (How ebay's EOA emails were worded recently)

Does this mean they are thinking of allowing you only one ID for buying and selling?

Maybe only one ID per address or something?

I think they just want you to be able to see if a certain user's feedback was built up by selling or buying, that's all.

It's kind of weird that they would choose an actual ID for their sample? Only the seller is actually in Maryland and not in Germany.

How would you feel if it was your ID page up there for the sample? Wouldn't it be better if they just made one up with a phoney name, etc. instead of using actual ebay members?

I wonder if it was a mistake? Because there are 2 different ID's in the example - the other ID is invalid. (Supriman and Superiman)

If you scroll down to the April feedback it is the same as the buyers on the sample page. They are real ID's. Strange.

ExecutiveGirl,

I hope you are right. I had to create a buyer's ID after I outbid someone and they got all of their friends to bid up a lot of my auctions and not pay.

(They weren't that bright, they all had the same internet provider from the same town. )
