I purchased an item which I paid for with Paypal on 5/1. Never received and after 2nd promise to mail it...no further contact from seller. Seller now has over 20 recent neg feedbacks for non-shipment of paid mdse... both paypal and other forms) but a high rating overall so they are not going to get in the negatives to be suspended. It appears all of the items were for less than $25 so the Ebay fraud complaint/insurance form doesn't work. I filed a Paypal complaint (yeah, right). It's not the amount of $ although I would just as soon have kept it or given it to someone I knew! Is there any other way to get Ebay to review and hopefully suspend this person?? These kinds of "sellers" give us all a bad name.

can't you do a cc chargeback? or maybe it wasn't cc funds.

i don't have any ideas on what you can do as far as ebay. it does seem like there should be some fvf 'four strikes and you're out' equivalent for sellers.
