I just want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our top-notch CNET reporter who covers what's REALLY GOING ON at EBAY.

Thousands of people try to right the wrongs, but it really takes a guy like Troy to fairly and honestly report about online auction happenings. Companies, like eBay, need to see it in print before it lands on the right person's desk and something can be done.

Companies like eBay should be abandoned. Those who continue to offer their loyalty to those who abuse them have get no respect from this old bird!
