One of those days, and it's still early! I got up extra early to get a jumpstart on my day by doing ebay work. First thing I find in my in box is email from two people asking why I hadn't replied to their email or sent them a winner's notice. I checked my records and I'd sent prompt email to both...so now I sit here not knowing how much of my email is getting out. This may explain why I have so many books sitting here with no replies from the buyers....
Then I got email asking why I never claimed a PayPal payment. Does anyone know why sometimes you have to claim it but usually you don't? I just thought I got it.
Then the ISP went down.
I plan to take my car to the dealership for a checkup today, but now I feel so unlucky I may not get it back for three days!
I think you have to accept either unverified, or if someone has an unconfirmed address.
Just a thought though, you might always want to check your account rather than relying on the emails you get. The address in an email in the part that says "FROM" isn't always where it originates. For eg. people go through eBay for ask the seller questions, but unless you have your email opened to show the entire path of the email, the 'from' is always their email address. Someone could phony up a replica of the PP notification.

keziak - with Paypal, you can set your preferences to automatically accept or require manual acceptance in certain situations.. don't have the list handy right now - so its probably a matter of your preferences are currently set to manually accept that type of payment (international, unverified... I think those are 2 categories).

Sorry for your woes today! Hope it gets better . . . I had a similar day last week, and on top of everything else I locked myself out of the house without a key . . . so be careful!

HI guys, thanks for the cheering up! I actually got the car back with NO additional repairs needed! Is this the first time or what? Our house AC did die, though.
I'm mostly bugged by the email thing...I do tend to assume that when I send email, it...gets sent! Hubby suggests using the feature that asks the recipient to acknowledge receipt of the email.
