where i can apply INTERNATIONAL merchant account (not US/Canada)with FREE setup fee, lowest monthly charge and lowest charge per transaction ? I live in Indonesia. Good reputation seller.

Although these sites do have a set up charge, the lower transaction costs will more than make up the difference.

We are based in Thailand and it has always been a nightmare trying to get the financial end of the business in good working order.
We used to be with CCNow but found that their interest rate at 9% plus the rigidity of their system was not very attactive.
We have been with Multicards for a couple of years and although we have had a couple of hiccups have found them to be O.K.
