I had a bidder retract recently(he's had 11 in the past 6 months), thought I'd see how easy it is to block somebody from my auctions.
I can't seem to find a link to the proper page.
Anybody know what it is?

I think you have to send an e-mail to the bidder and eBay Safe Harbor. I have never seen a dedicated link and form for it.

Did a little research,
oddly enough the retractor won an identical item from another seller who misspelled the key word in the title.

Hmmmph.
