Okay, got a bit of a question here. Had a new bidder on Ebay (he just registered today) use Buy it now on a bunch of my auctions. Normally, that'd set off a few small warning bells. But of course, these auctions were all for identical items, so now I've got more warning bells. Decide to call him just to see what's up, make sure it isn't an error (since he's brand new, and used Buy it Now, he had to register a credit card, right?) Phone number is no good. Now the bells are going nuts. Now for the questions.
I seem to recall someone mentioning a way to see what items a user has bid on recently. How is this done? (Want to see if he's messing with just me or if it's a repeating thing).
In a case like this, assuming I don't hear back from him on email, will Ebay refund the listing fees? I know I can get closing fees back, and normally listing fees are a lost cause, but in a case like this where there was almost obviously a case of never intending to pay, only to disrupt, I'd hope there'd be a case for getting listing fees back. Those things add up quick!
Any other tips/advice would be appreciated as well. Thanks.
