When filing an eBay complaint, violation, etc., are we to email [email protected] exclusively? Are there other email addys for separate issues or is everything lumped into SafeHarbor? I've read and reread Rules & Safety 'til I'm ditsy. Mine falls under Investigations (bid shielding), where I see a link 'Report offenses to Investigations here'. Clicking on link takes me nowhere, the same page. I assumed it would take me to an addy for Investigations.
Shall I use [email protected]? If so, should the subject include the word 'investigations'? I want to make certain it gets to the right address. I'm tired searching and need someone to hold my hand and lead me to the correct email address
...........please?

eBay would like you to use their online form for investigations, but there are many things that the form doesn't cover.
You can email [email protected] and they will respond just the same.

Rev...Thanks again. I appreciate the quick advice from you and Pat with my auction problem on saturday evening. I cancelled the suspicious bids and blocked the bidders an hour before auction ending. Auction (10 day BIN) ended without bids, but it felt great erasing the bad guys and averting a big post-auction headache.
