I have someone who is using WebTV claiming that not only can they not see my pictures, but that they cannot scroll down to the bottom to bid on the item. It is showing up fine on my computer.
Has anyone else found this problem with WebTV? Now I am afraid I am losing bids on items because people can't see them! This person was ready to do a BIN on 3 items!

Well, I could see it, but I had to reload the page. I have a WebTV Plus, and the problem may be worse for Classic users. (Another reason I prefer basic, "clean" listings, both as a buyer and a seller.)
Tell your prospective buyer to hold down the Cmd key and simultaneously tap the R key lightly several times in succession. That should help to bring up the page.
If the image and description come up, but the bidding section at the bottom of the page still doesn't show, the buyer can bid or BIN at the top of the page on the left side by clicking on the appropriate icon there.

I have a classic webtv and it took quite a while to load for me. When pictures do this, I usually click on the bid icon at the top of the page (left side). That takes me to the place on the auction page to place by bid. But to see the picture, I must then just scroll up. For some reason that then allows me to view the picture.
Wanted to mention though, that on your auction, I still can only view the first picture you have showing. The one further down (approx. the middle) and the one at the bottom of your listing do not show for me.

Those aren't supposed to show. This was a relist from back when my pics were hosted on Geocities. They deleted all my pics, and all my templates still had the geocities URL in them. I just got up what I needed to get the auction to work, and that was it.
Thank you very much. I guess it's time to go to a simpler template.
