Oh yeah! I forgot about Junior.

I've never seen that logo on an auction and would be really surprised if he is still operating under that name anyway. He probably went belly up with that one and has moved on to a new scam!

What scam? I have displayed that logo for a very long time now, and have no problems with it. It was free, and I like the feedback formula that he uses.

The logo isn't compliant because it is animated, but it is the right size.

But what I don't understand is - what is the scam?

rew: I don't think it is compliant...you can have a button...or ya can have a text link...BUT YA CAN'T HAVE BOTH LIKE HE DOES! Even BidPay had to change!

FYI: ReliableMerchants is not DOA. They were having server problems, and are back up.

So again, I ask, what is the scam?

rew: were you here a few mos. back when the poor kid was raked over the coals on these boards? I've never said it was a scam!

I was just curious if anybody was linking to them anymore!

BTW: I seriously believe that their link is truly NON-COMPLIANT, as it contains BOTH a text link and a button! FWIW!

I was referring to what sharkbaby posted:

He probably went belly up with that one and has moved on to a new scam!

I never saw anything about RM prior to this post. Guess it's time to search old threads.

EDITED TO ADD: I just searched the old threads, and while a lot of people were "raking over the coals" the founder of RM, I saw nothing wrong with this service.

I think the algorythm (sp.) that they use is wonderful, and much better than the eBay "feedback number, which just hides the neg's with the postive FB, and doesn't even take into account the neutrals.

I will continue to place the link in my auctions, although I have edited it to be a JPG instead of a GIF so it is eBay compliant.
