Well it finally happened and we received (2) chargebacks from 1 customer back in January 2001. My son was selling Everquest items which are not are game items (characters, etc., they were delivered but now this (I think kid) has charged back 2 items he purchased. There is no confirmation of delivery since the items are transferred online. Does Billpoint have a phone#, boy am I ticked off. Anyone had this experience I sure appreciate help with this!!

Billpoint pretty much offers no recourse on chargebacks. Particularly when there was no proof of delivery. You have every right to be ticked off but I'm afraid you're SOL. This is the chance you take when accepting credit cards, and especially for what they call a "high-risk" item (e.g., electronically delivered items).
