My sister ordered a hardcover book on half.com 18 days ago today and clicked on and paid for Priority Mail shipping.
She received confirmation from half.com that said the seller confirmed the order and would ship it two days later via Priority Mail.
The book hasn't arrived yet. Is there an Ask the Seller a Question feature at half.com so we can send a message to the seller? I can't find any way to address this at half.com.
