I won two auctions on 06/07. TOS specified money order with ten days to pay. I emailed in response to their EOA to find out if any online methods were available. This was a Thurs. Emailed again on Saturday. Getting worried at this point that my emails weren't getting through so emailed "through a friend" on Monday. Finally received a reply then which said that it was now Monday so they would now reply - guess they don't work on the weekend?. OK, I get an MO out to them the next day and I receive feedback from them the following Monday for fast payment (06/19).
Friday was 06/29 so I email to see when the packages were sent, since we are both in Canada I figured it may have gotten lost as two weeks is a bit long. This is the kicker - they haven't sent it. They had time to list another batch of auctions shortly after leaving me feedback, but still have not sent out my package! They are now promising to send it out tomorrow. Does this seller deserve a neutral if not a neg?

Do they state how fast they ship? Yes I agree it seems slow on their end. Wait till you get your stuff and leave no feedback.

What did their terms of sale say. Did they say they would send out upon payment or once a week, or when they felt like it? I would go by what the terms said first of all.
You might also wait until you receive your item to see if it is as described.

TOS says item shipped within 48 hrs of payment. It burns me that they want payment asap don't exercise the same courtesy when sending out the product.

If they received payment on 6/19 and you wrote on 6/29, then that is only 10 days, not two weeks. But still well beyond their "48 hour" shipping.
Also 6/19 was a Tuesday, not a Monday.
Maybe you got them annoyed when you emailed asking for an online payment method when their TOS stated "money order in 10 days" .
Whatever happened they still didn't ship in their stated time frame and that was not right either.
I vote for a harsh neutral, that accurately states exactly how long they had the payment before they shipped out. They did leave you a positive even though your payment was 2 days late according to their TOS.

Tough call. If I was the buyer, my first reaction would be - neg them for MEGA SLOW SHIPPING. On the other hand, IF the item is shipped tomorrow, AND it arrives just as was described/shown in their auction, AND was packed very well, I'd simply leave them a neutral & move on.
They "might" have a legit excuse for being so slow to ship? I'd ask before slamming them in their feedback. Also, it's possible to "remote" list items without even being in front of your computer.

Unfortunately eBay only has three levels of feedback: Awesome, Gruesome, and somewhere in between.
I think I'd save the gruesome for an out and out rip off, but I'd leave a neutral for holding a MO that long when they state that they ship in 48 hours. What ever reason they have for the delay, they should have emailed you to tell you, not made you inquire as to where your package is.
