A couple of months ago there were two threads from people that were having major problems. I tried to follow them to the conclusion but missed them somehow and wondered if anyone can tell me what happened with their problems. One was a computer catching on fire and no one wanted to accept responsibility. Kept blaming it on the plug. The other was a sweater that someone sold and the buyer sent pictures of a huge hole where the buttonhole had been. Looked like the buyer took a seam ripper to it. Just wondering!!!
