I just tried to refresh data on Ebud and it makes a bell sound then immediately goes to "saving datafile" and does no updating. Also had other weird things happen today with it but thought it was operator error. By the way, after the "saving datafile", it doesn't allow for any sorting of files. In other words, tried to sort by "high bidder" and the files just stay where they are.

Yes, same trouble here. It updates only my next closing item, and it reads -1 day -21 hours - 12 min when it was ending in 10 minutes! Wierd things happening since ebaby had a glitch awhile ago. I just emailed [email protected] to see if I can get an answer. Will keep you posted, but they don't always respond "right quick".

By the way, just got response from Ebud and they said to check my ebay username and password in tools section. Advised them that isn't the problem. Apparently they weren't aware of this affecting everyone else so sounds like they are far from a solution...

Having problems here, too. Had to send out all of my auction notices "by hand" (checking My eBay page, adding up multiple wins & writing out e-mails).

eBay's probably diddling with the code again in its never-ending war against 3rd party developers.

Doesn't ebay realize that this really hurts ebay in the long run? The more time I spend on this paperwork crap, the less time I can spend selling on ebay and the less money ebay earns from me.

ebay doesn't supply the necessary post-sale tools (sorry, AW doesn't supply the appropriate tools to fit my sales patterns either). So a program like eBud is a necessity for me.

WAKE UP EBAY! Stop messing with the people who provide the services that help me sell more on ebay!

One temp fix I came up with is to just go to each data card (for closed auctions) and hit "confirm data" and you can still send out emails, put in payment info etc. Still no word from Auctiva since their last suggestion so I hope their working on this...

eBay Store sales are showing up on eBud as "No Sale". Info then has to be entered manually on data card.

eBud technical support says they have not had time to work on this problem due to all of the recent changes at eBay.

Mine is working fine...version 2.76. I have no store though, just auctions.

Probably just jinxed myself...

I had some auctions that ended last night and it worked just fine for me. I was able to pull down all the information and send out address request emails. I have not done anything in it this morning yet.

You know, I was suddenly getting errors with my last version...think it was 2.75, but maybe one or two before that. Anyway, when I upgraded to 2.76, my problems were over. And the errors I was getting had nothing to do with the particular problem 2.76 was created to solve.

Soooo, if you're not running 2.76...maybe an upgrade would help?

Just noticed this thread still getting posts...the problem was resolved yesterday and was apparently was due to Ebay and not Ebud which seems to always be the problem.

Had the same problem last night. Restarted my computer and reopened ebud and the problem was gone.

Tiny problem here, hoping someone can help. I had to install eBud/Auctiva on a new computer. It will not collec the e-mail address for the high bidder. I have tried signing in from the eBud browser and have checked what I think are the correct settings, including confirm data at the end of the auction. Any help on pulling the e-mail addresses across would be appreciated.

For the last 6 months I had nothing but problems with eBud, and I got fed up and quit using the stupid program although I had used it from it's inception. I changed to AuctionTamer and not only love it but never have problems and they have the best customer support in the industry.

I'm having a problem that nobody has mentioned yet. I sent out a bunch of dutch auction winner EOAs last night, and this morning discovered that eBud had figured the winners' totals wrong! On some items I "sold" three when I only had two up for auction. I'm such a dunce about Dutch auctions that I'm going to post a separate question about who wins and how many they get. It's a damned annoyance, that's what, and I've never had it happen before with eBud.

I had the same problem using 2.76.
I just rebooted my system as amy did and it works fine.
