One of the only things to grab onto when dealing with retaliatory feedback is that you hope the observer can tell what is retaliatory and what isn't by the times that feedback is left.
If a retaliation feedback is left, it is often shortly after the original comment was made.
NOW, the new feedback format DOES NOT include the "time"! All you have to go by is the date!
Nice job, Ebay.
It makes you wonder if the designers EVER used the system as a buyer or seller.
