I've only sold one thing out of my storefront, and I believe that is because people just don't know that it's there. So I was wondering ... does the links policy also apply to a link within my own auction, to my own Ebay storefront?

i hope you have collected on your money.
i sold one last month and i am still waiting for the electronic check to clear.
that stupid red tag thing next to your user id ,when you click on it,it will take you to the storefront.
you have plenty of company, some customers dont know how to get to the shops, some dont know whether they are supposed to buy all the quanity on hand??
some dealers have closed their shops.
shop items do not show up in the auction search,so we are dead in the water,no front door for customer to get in,no search to find us.
i think ebay programmers are spread too thin-integrate half.com,create ebay storefronts,bring in abe.com /
