Couple of suggestions:
1. Try changing the wording of your subject & see if you can make it go through.
2. Try using the "send this auction to a friend" on ebay.
3. Try using another ISP to send the message from. Sometimes, ISPs block each other. I have several ISPs blocked because 99% of the stuff I get from their users IS SPAM.

I pulled the contact information on him. Not that I plan to call him just yet. I thought that when he gets that (if he does) maybe he'll contact me.
Not to sound to stupid - but how can I email from a different ISP? I only one internet service provider. OK, OK I am not that smart.

RichieRich,
There are a few "freebie" ISPs still out there you can sign on with to have a backup or secondary ISP.
Or, in my case, I have my husband send it from his work location which is a different ISP than our home location.
You might ask a friend or family member to do the same for you.
There are some ISPs which are pretty low cost (you can get some inexpensive ones with low hours & low monthly rates) & it's always good to have a second, backup ISP in case something happens to yours at a critical time.

You don't have to have a second ISP, you can set up a Hotmail, Yahoo, Excite, or whatever email account. Lots of free web based email services.
Who Need's a stink'n Sig. File?

RichieRich -
You may be having the same problem that I am. Does the returned email message have a link to a site called MAPS or ORBS? If so, then the problem may be with your ISP or with your webhost if you are using your own dotcom email addy.
Unsecure mail servers known as 'open relays' can be used by third party spammers to send their junk.
If someone turns in the spam to either MAPS or ORBS then they blacklist the I.P. addresses of those mail servers. Other ISPs subscribe to the lists and block those IP's.
If your ISP's mail servers are listed then you are the one who suffers. In the case of the webhost I'm using, ICOM, I found out after weeks of automated answers to my questions and a half hour wait on the phone that they know all about the problem but they aren't planning on fixing it! I of course am going to change webhosts ASAP. What kind of lousy customer service is that?!

One thing I have done as a last resort is to send a online greeting card congratulating the winner and include the EOA info...no complaints yet and it seems to work, especially with aol and you check check to get a e-mail notification that your card has been received..

My top 5 reasons why I use a Yahoo email address on ebaY:
5) I can access it from my PC with Outlook or Outlook Express and it works seamlessly.
4) I can access it from any PC with web access when my ISP is down or I'm on the road.
3) It's free.
2) If (when) I change ISPs I don't have to change my ebaY registered email address. My repeat customers know me by my email address and I plan to keep it that way.
1) It's reliable. In two years of using it I have NEVER had a problem sending or receiving emails via my Yahoo account. And if any ISPs block it, I'm not aware of it and I've never encountered a problem because of it. After all, if you block email from Yahoo addresses you probably block 1/3 of all email sent over the web (just a guess).
I'm sure others have a list of reasons why they DON'T use Yahoo, but my personal experience with it has been simply fantastic. Of course there are other free email providers such as Hotmail, but I've heard horror stories so I've steered clear, especially since Yahoo works so well. And no, I DON'T work for Yahoo, I'm just a very satisfied user.

The only time I have had an email bounce back to me as spam was when I tried to send an electronic greeting card to a friend of mine.
It came back SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM, the entire page was filled with that word. Made me mad! I called her and she called her ISP and informed them she didn't appreciate their censoring her email!
Still can't send her an e-greeting! I guess her ISP could care less she was unhappy with their "censorship"!
I would try what has already been suggested: use the send to a friend feature.
If that didn't get past the filters, I'd call them.
