Hello Auctionwatchers. I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere, and I apologize in advance for the repetition. But can anyone tell me this: if a seller decides to go from straight out ebay auctions to an ebay storefront, does that mean that my storefront listings cannot be found using the ebay search engine? If they can't be found this way, a storefront would totally abolish my results, since I depend heavily on well described titles. I don't understand how a seller could get much storefront traffic without being listed in the ebay search engine, unless this seller is very well known and has his own array of regular buyers.

one can only hope ebay has great plan for its stores.
such as allowing outside search engines to access store items.
separte ebay search engine for store items only,no auction items included.
note-if they are bringing in half.com and half.com is bringing in abe.com which is a worldwide network of intl booksellers,it will need a search engine which is global.

Don't give up! I have sold several items recently (2 last night) by listing items in my eBay Store that are also being offered for auction. Customers are first checking the auctions, then going to my eBay Store to see if the same or similar item is offered. I am making sales to those who want their item immediately and don't want to wait for an auction to end.
This appears to be the key to selling from the eBay store.
Good luck.
