I won a dutch auction on 7/9 and paid by paypal.

I have heard nothing from the seller - I wrote him via eBay and not via eBay.


Oddly enough I got a spam from someone who claimed to see me bid on the auction --- I forwarded it to eBay (safeharbor) - heard nothing.

Should I do anything?

I'd give them a couple more days; perhaps they had a family emergency or became ill -- life happens to ebayers too.

I'd also reverse the PayPal transaction and never pay till I've heard from the seller again.

Just my opinion.
