I was and then after the recent mishap I changed.....I want to go back,but I don't know if we can trust it?

I don't use them, so I really can only give my 2 bits, generally speaking....
I hate coming across auctions without pictures, or pictures that load too slow and I really don't like the box with the red X! That tells me there is a picture, the seller went to the trouble of loading a picture and I can't see it!!!!! Drives me nuts....I also feel a bit sorry for sellers that have that happen to them.
Since this business is so competitive, I would be hardpressed to use a photo hosting site that has already let me down!!!!

Photopoint is irresponsible and in my opinion to be sharply criticized for the way they have failed to communicate with their users, during the outage, or even now.
How simple for one person to cover the AW and ebay Boards with a simple explanation and appeal for patience.
There site is up and not one word about what happened. No reassurance that there won't be a repeat tomorrow, or next week.
They are gone, dead, in my book. We deserve better. They left people high and dry for days on end and just come back expecting everything to be ok?
