I emailed ebay yesterday, but so far they haven't answered.

I refunded a buyer's money on an item and would like to get my FVF back, but the only way I can find is through the NPB process.

Anyone know how to do this without the bidder getting a warning?

Any help greatly appreciated.

YES...

Pick the Buyer&Seller Mutually Agree..." choice & the bidder won't get a black mark!

Also, I believe, ya get your refund without having to wait 10 more days!

pwolf: Either way, the bidder will get the NPB ALERT... but if you choose the "mutually agree" option, they won't get the Official NPB WARNING (which is the permanent NPB tick counted against the account).

So you might need to explain to your high bidder that they'll get a letter from eBay regarding the fact that you have filed for Final Value Fees... but they WON'T be receiving an Official NonPaying Bidder WARNING.

Well I filed for one of these today.
Here is a copy of the letter your bidder gets when you file for NPB using the
"Buyer and Seller mutually agree..." option.
