I was fileing my Non Payment Alerts on ebay tonight and something I never had happen before happened.

I had 2 items 1 bidder. I did the normally NPA thing, click He didn't send payment, and click submit and it said - NPA filed and automatically gave me a FVF request form to click submit. Is this new?

I did check and the bidder is no longer registered, but I have had those before and this did not happen.

Is this new or am I totally losing my mind?

I believe it is new. When you file a NPA and the person is NARU, your fees are credited immediately.

Only with NARU people though.

The other times that happens is when you choose the reason that buyer and seller mutually canceled the transaction.

Didn't work for me. Sent a NPBA 2 days ago. My buyer was a NARU. Didn't get the FVF form so just tried now. No luck. 'WHOOPS - Our records indicate that you filed a Non-Paying Bidder Alert for this auction less than 10 days ago. We want to help you resolve your non-paying bidder problems, but please wait at least 10 days after you filed your Non-Paying Bidder Alert before submitting a Final Value Fee Credit Request. You can review our Non-Paying Bidder Policy for further information'. I'm an international seller, maybe it only works for you guys!

If your buyer becomes NARU after you submit NPB, you still have to wait the 10 days.
