I have had a couple of Items that have not arrived over the last few months. What is my responsabilty? Do I have to eat the cost of the item and postage because the PO diddn't deliver it? The last time it happened I offered to ship another item to them if the customer resent postage. I thought that was fair because did everything I was supposed to do to fufill the sale. The person demanded a Refund and Called me a crook and a lot of other things as we traded email. I finally refuned the ITEM price and told them tht I would not be sendinfg postage and that they should contact the PO for that. What do you do?

I insure everything, and build the price of it into the s&h, no chance of a buyer "declining insurance" and then pitching a fit later.
