Anybody else have this problem? I went to change my ebay mail address to my yahoo email because my isp is down. I can't change it to that though, because it is already on record?????? OK, either it is on record because I used in my early ebay days, or someone else has put it on record???? what does this mean? And is there anyway to get around it????????

hmmmm. Ebay is telling me that it is not a registered ebay user. BUT it does not tell me that the user ID is invalid. So apparently it is in their system somehow. The user is not verified either. hmmmmmm
