I had a buyer who won one of my auctions back in Jan 2001. We went through Squaretrade and he lost! Today I get a message from him complaining about the same thing he was complaining about 6 months ago. And in this situation i feel it was clearly buyer's remorse. Please help.

Wow-- that is a long time ago. Two things you can do. One would be to just delete his/her email and ignore them. If square trade settled it then that would be it I guess.
Second idea would be to send them one email CC it to safeharbor. In it inform them that the matter has been settled and that you do not expect to hear from them again. Add them to your blcoked bidder list and that would be that. I wouldn't go back and forth with emails with them any longer and in my opinion you do not need to.
