I had a buyer who won one of my auctions back in Jan 2001. We went through Squaretrade and he lost! Today I get a message from him complaining about the same thing he was complaining about 6 months ago. And in this situation i feel it was clearly buyer's remorse. Please help. In addidtion this buyer is currently collaborating with another buyer who has been trying to extort(positive) feedback from me. I am a total wreck and it has taken a toll on my physical well being.
