I just checked my Ebay account and my bank statement. My credit card was charged for June's charges, but I never received an email from Ebay and it doesn't reflect on my current Ebay account, which still includes all of June's charges. My bank shows it as paid, the top of the account information at Ebay shows it paid, but my current account balance doesn't show it as paid. I have emailed customer support, but is there anything else I should do? Anyone else have this problem last month?
Any help is appreciated.
