I should prob be giving a positive, but I'm a little agravated by the neutral he gave me. He said "nice "gadget" (name of item changed). I thought maybe he was new, and looked at other remarks he has left..and most say things like...fast shipping, good emails, etc.
He paid by cash (took him a few days to get back to me, for which he apologized..said life got in the way..I answered, no problem), I shipped within a week of the sale. My items are computer printed, and I shipped just what was on eBay.
I have all positives, except for one neg from a person who never answered my emails or paid (she has 3 negs, no positives).
Some will say there is nothing wrong with a neutral..and I did write and ask him if there was anything wrong, as I strive for happy clients (I have lots of return purchasers..they all seem to like what they get). He didn't answer. I just wish if he wasn't happy enough to give me a positive, that he had written me. I would have done whatever I had to do, to be sure he was happy enough for a posi! I suppose a neutral such as, "wish he contacted me before leaving a neutral..I would have fixed anything wrong" is out of line, since he did pay quickly?

better it be a neutral than a negative. it could be worse. You just can't please some of the people all of the time, or all of the people some of the time.

I wrote and asked this person, why a nuetral, since she said she liked the item Finally got a response today, and this was it:

************I was a little disappointed when the box on the "item" said K-mart.************

I buy a certain item, then I take it apart and personalize the item..with a graphic they have picked out and their name. I could have sent it without the box, but my concern was that it arrive in good shape, and since the box was made for the item, it works out great. She liked the item..just didn't like that the outside box said Kmart..geesh. She only paid a hair over $15..the item before personalized, costs the average shopper (I buy by the gross) costs $8!! I'm awful tempted to leave a nuetral..saying something like, she liked the item, but w/o any reason other than she didn't like the store name on the box, left me a neutral! Any thoughts, or ways to get the wording down?

I am in an onrey mood (must be coming up on a weekend)... so please keep that in mind.
How about "Dissapointed that customer was more concerned about box than the item in it?"
