Here is what happened. Somehow my buyer paid twice for the same item. He is a newbie and can't figure out how to cancel one of them from his end. Is there anyway for me to cancel one? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have never had this happen before....

If you did not accept the second payment,It should say "pending". The buyer should then be able to reverse the transaction.

Thanks for your answers. I found out I cant cancel his payment since it is "Complete". I would like to send it back to him via Paypal
but I don't think he has and account. If I send him the $ back through Paypal won't he be forced to open one to get his $? That is actually how I recently started using Paypal, a buyer finally sent me a payment, (after I had to send her a warning after 30 days and no payment!) even though I never once told her she could pay with Paypal. And I just figured I better sign up if I want my $.

Of course I can just send him back a money order with his package, but the thing is I am in Canada and by the time Paypal converts the currency and puts it in my account(minus the fee)and then I convert it back to US to send it back, I've now lost money with the conversion and everything. Not to mention the fact that this guy paid with a credit card (both times) and since I don't have a Premier Account, I am now very nearing my $100.00 limit and the months not over!
This whole thing is really making me regret ever allowing myself to be "blackmailed" into using Paypal.

Sorry Moderator Sara......I didn't even know there was a Paypal forum, and I have seen many Paypal related questions posted here before. Anyway I posted there hours ago and still have had no reply!
