Don't really want to go into all the particulars, but........... Can a Seller cancel a winner's bid, after the close of the auction?

Unfortunately, no.

If this transaction has gone south (for whatever reason), you can use the NPB process using the "buyer/seller agree not to proceed" to get your FVF credit immediately & it doesn't put a black mark against your buyer.

Only if you let him.

Bidding is over, no place to go to legally cancel.

Its something you and the buyer have to work out.
