Also, he has 50 negative feedbacks and 51 positives, most for lousy merchandise, bad descriptions, slow shipping and outright thievery.

Still, I want the Pokemon card.

What would you do?

LOL If he calls you this before you bid I wonder what he will call you afterwards?

Please let us know what you decide to do.

NO!!!!

Hi LC,

I wouldn't line the pockets of anyone who called me a rotten SOB, no matter how badly I wanted the item.

Another one will come along. It's eBay, for goodness sakes.

Clearly this requires a very high proxy bid AND a last second snipe.

And be sure and pay for it via PayPal, but sending the funds in 50 cent increments so he/she has to pay the minimum each time.

I'm JUST kidding!!

Ok loosecannon why did the seller call you a SOB? I can't give you an opinion until I know what you said to upset this guy.
His FB is not the best, but at least there are more positives than negatives, nobody is perfect.

Well, at least you have the chance to even out their feedback.

LC: I'm cleaning house today. You can have all the Pokemon cards I find on the floor. FREE! Except for a little dust and a footprint or two, they are in MINT-ISH condition.

Hey LC,

My kids have tons of pokemons...I'll even ship in an old pizza box with ants and breath mints - (for that minty freshness!)

And....as a one time special bonus...

I'll add a frayed button hole just for you!

Not only would I bid on that auction, I'd contact every NPB I've had for the last year and urge them to bid on his auctions also.

I have a very firm rule:

When a seller is abusive before I even bid, if I win the auction, I only send cash. After all, I don't want to give the seller the satisfaction of knowing I paid 85 cents for a money order OR give him a check with my bank account info.

jerry12, that's brilliant.
Also keep in mind
that if you send cash he can't accuse you of sending a bad check or using a fraudulant CC.

jerry12, how are you? Any problems lately that we can help you with?
